Trial conditions

The "€1" trial offer grants access to the Pro plan at the promotional rate of one (1) euro inclusive of all taxes, charged immediately at signup via Stripe and expressly non-refundable under any circumstances. Pro access is limited to five (5) user messages sent through the chat interface OR to a period of thirty (30) calendar days starting from the date of subscription, whichever of these two events occurs first. At the end of this trial period, the subscription automatically and without further action on your part transitions to the standard Pro plan, billed at nineteen euros and eighty cents (€19.80) inclusive of all taxes per calendar month, with automatic monthly renewal until explicit cancellation by you from your personal account area, said cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period without prorated refund or partial reimbursement. By subscribing to this offer and benefiting from immediate access to the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge losing your legal right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, relating to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal. This promotional offer is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per individual person and per payment method (card BIN); the Service operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend or retroactively cancel any subscription deemed abusive, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise contrary to the present conditions, without obligation of notice or refund. Payment processing is performed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards; the Service operator never receives, processes or stores any cardholder data. Personal data collected during subscription is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with the legal basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, consent (Art. 6.1.a). The Service is provided "as is"; the operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the trial offer is limited to the amount actually paid by the user, namely one (1) euro. The present offer is governed by the Terms of Service in their version applicable on the date of subscription, accessible at all times from the footer of the Site.
