By using Namulai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
1. The Service
Namulai is a unified interface that lets you query multiple third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Perplexity) through a single subscription. We do not train AI models ourselves; we proxy your prompts to providers via the OpenRouter API.
Service availability depends on third-party providers. We don't guarantee continuous availability of any specific model and may add, remove, or substitute models at any time.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws, including misuse of the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
3. Subscription plans
Namulai is offered as a monthly subscription. Available plans:
Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. Exceeding the quota does not interrupt your subscription; you can resume the next day or upgrade to a higher plan.
All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. €1 first-month offer
The "€1 trial" offer gives you full access to the Pro plan for €1 until you have sent 5 messages OR 30 days have elapsed since your subscription start date — whichever comes first. The €1 charge is taken at signup and is non-refundable.
As soon as one of these limits is reached (5 messages used OR 30 days elapsed), your subscription is automatically converted to the standard Pro plan at €19.80/month, billed monthly until you cancel. The conversion is handled by Stripe and you are notified by email. You can cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
The €1 trial offer is limited to one redemption per person and per payment method. We reserve the right to refuse the offer in case of abuse.
5. Billing & payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only Stripe does, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date. If a payment fails, we will retry; persistent failure may result in suspension of access. You're responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
By subscribing and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (digital content delivered immediately). Subscriptions are therefore non-refundable for the current period.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes third-party rights; circumvent rate limits or quotas; reverse-engineer the Service; resell access without our written permission.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Liability
AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You're responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for critical decisions. We provide the Service "as is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
